Chiropractic Care: Paediatric New Consult (Age 0-4)

For new patients only

This appointment type is for children aged 0-4 years old who are new to Reconnect Chiropractic and have never seen Dr Xanthe Hand before. Please check for a confirmation email with all relevant information, including a linked form to fill out prior to your appointment. Fee: $130

Chiropractic Care: Paediatric New Consult (Age 4-16)

For new patients only

This appointment type is for children aged 4-16 years old who have never been to Reconnect Chiropractic before or seen Dr Xanthe Hand before. Please check for a confirmation email with all relevant information, including a linked form to be filled out prior to your appointment. Fee: $130

Chiropractic Care: Adjustment

For existing patients only

For existing patients only. Fee: $65

Chiropractic Care: New Consult Adult

For new patients only

This appointment type is for people who are new to Reconnect Chiropractic and have never seen Dr Xanthe Hand before. Please check for a confirmation email with all the relevant information, including a linked form that must be filled out prior to your appointment. Fee: $130

Chiropractic Care: Report of Findings

For existing patients only

This appointment is for people that have just had their Initial Consult, and are looking to rebook. It is the second ever appointment for someone who is new to Reconnect and Dr Xanthe Hand. Fee: $80

Chiropractic Care: Reactivate Appointment

This appointment type is for anyone who has already previously been adjusted by Dr Xanthe Hand, but not within the last 6 months. Fee: $80

FP Initial Session

Includes a discussion of concerns and goals, a posture and movement analysis and introduction to Functional Patterns protocols.
Please note: an initial one-on-one must be completed before registering for a small group class. Please check for a confirmation email with all relevant information and fill out the linked form prior to your session. Fee: $90

FP session

For existing patients only

One-on-one Functional movement coaching sessions with Dr Xanthe. This is for people who have already completed their Initial one-on-one FP session with Dr Xanthe. Fee: $70

FP Group Class

For existing patients only

This Functional Movement class is suited to those who have already completed an Initial Individual FP Session with Dr Xanthe. In this class we utilise Functional Patterns protocols with a group maximum of 6 in a 5 week block format. Please check for a confirmation email with all relevant information and fill out the linked form prior to your class. Fee: $25 per class (or cluster booking is $110 for the 5 weeks).

Contrast Therapy

This appointment type is for those who wish to use both our infrared sauna and ice bath for contrast therapy. This can be for an individual ($50), for two people ($70) or for a group of 4 people ($130).

Ice Bath

This appointment type is for those who wish to use our ice bath. This can be for an individual ($15) or two people ($25) for 15 minutes. The temperature of the ice bath is maintained around 5 degrees celcius.

Infrared Sauna

This appointment type is for those who wish to use our infrared sauna. This can be for an individual ($25) or for two people ($40) for 30 minutes. The temperature of this sauna can reach 65 degrees.
